Sorry I've been behind with my blogging. The site was down for a little bit and then I had a busy weekend!
Let me re-cap what's been going on.
Friday: I did my normal routine, (cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, ect.), then I went to Verizon to figure out what was wrong with my phone. I had it on the charger and went to take it off to respond to a text and it just restarted. Now, it does that every so often but this time it wouldn't completely start up. The store said they'd have to send me a new phone and I won't get it until Tuesday or Wednesday.
Cam called me on his way home from Drill and said he wanted to go to the movies. I was already dressed and ready to go so that was a plus. We decided to see Thor in IMAX 3D!! It was amazing!! Chris Hemsworth is so sexy haha. But, the movie was really good too.
Saturday: I went to a Sugarland concert with my friend Kasey...which needs a whole blog all to itself haha!!
Sunday: So, I haven't run in a couple of days and I'm really looking forward to getting back to it tomorrow. Mack stayed at my parents today. I'll be back in NJ on Wednesday when I visit family in Princeton so he's having a sleepover until then. It also gives me some much needed Kitty Time! I don't see much of them when he's home. I was supposed to do a phone interview tonight, but the woman never called. Oh well. I guess that one's not meant to be.
I'm looking forward to watching Army Wives tonight and spending some time with my hubby!!

"Mile"Stone

Haha. Excuse the pun, but I couldn't help it. I get that from my Mom. I hit a milestone today. I ran a whole mile today!! It took me 14 minutes, haha, but I did it! I have not run a mile since grade school. I am super proud of myself! I walked after that and did a little running on and off, but I was so tired after that!!

I keep forgetting to blog at night because the next day I forget everything that happened haha.
Today I had my training at the gym. We did a lot of abs.
Does anyone know any really good pilates dvds?! I want to start doing that at home, but I don't want to buy a bad one. I would rather invest in a really good dvd!

Mother-Daughter Day #2
I had another nice day with my parents yesterday. After getting a good nights sleep finally after the pipes being fixed, Mack and I headed to Jersey for the day!
Mom and I went to Kohl's again and I got a couple new shirts. We did some grocery shopping and I got Taco Bell for lunch! So yummy!
I didn't do any running, but I took Mack for a couple walks.
Our neighbor came over with the hoagies that we always order from them. It was a nice surprise and we had them for dinner instead of cooking!
Mom and I went to Kohl's again and I got a couple new shirts. We did some grocery shopping and I got Taco Bell for lunch! So yummy!

Our neighbor came over with the hoagies that we always order from them. It was a nice surprise and we had them for dinner instead of cooking!

The Day From Hell
I should have known when I woke up this morning that I should have just stayed in bed all day. Today has seriously been the day from hell!!
It started off with me waking up with a migraine. I took some Tylenol and went back to sleep for another couple hours. I woke up again feeling better. Then, I took Mack for a walk and started my cleaning for the day. We are trying to save money and refinance our house, so I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get information about that. When I was done with my cleaning I decided to start the laundry. I went down into the basement and there was dirt all over the washer/dryer. I didn't really think anything of it and opened the lid. There was still water in it and I don't know why that didn't send up a red flag to me...long story short...there's a blockage somewhere in the pipes and the water keeps over-flowing into the basement.
So it is now after 9PM and the plumper is on his way here...it's going to be a long night. They weren't supposed to come until tomorrow, but it's backing up with everything now and needs to be taken care of ASAP. Hopefully it won't take too long or cost too much.
Seriously...this is my life :/

Mother's Day
Yesterday Cam and I drove out to South Jersey to visit his Nannys for Mother's Day! But, before we headed there we went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast!! It was so yummy! The trip there wasn't too bad, we were actually on time getting there. Cam's Mom, his sister Katie and her husband, Scott and his sister Carrie met us all there too. We all went to this amazing Italian restaurant and we had a great time.
Then, we went over to Cam's other Nanny's house (she lives right around the corner from his other Nanny) and his Dad and Step-Mom, and Uncle were there visiting too. We sat and talked for a few hours and then had to take the long ride home.
Mack was alone all day and he was a good boy! He waited to do his business until we got home! I did run in the morning before breakfast. I didn't want to, but I definitely felt better afterward!

Mother-Daughter Wednesday
I had a wonderful day yesterday! Mack and I woke up early and headed out to New Jersey for the day! Since Cam and I are going to see his Nannys on Mother's Day, I decided to spend the day with my Mom yesterday instead! It was pouring rain so I didn't get to go for a run, but Mom and I did a lot of walking during the day to make up for it!
Mack was so excited to see his Grandparents, too! Mom and I ran some errands and then we went to Kohl's to do some shopping! I bought jeans for the first time in almost 4 years!! It felt so good to find something that fit me and actually looked good! Then, we did some shopping at Bed, Bath, and Beyond Shop Rite! We were going to get pedicures, but with the rain and it getting late we decided to skip it and just get lunch.
We stopped at the China Buffet and got some take-out for us and my dad! We had a nice day catching up and hanging out! On the ride home the sun came out!
But, when I got home I got some more bad news. Unemployment is only going to give me half of what I made...it's not enough. I'm freaking out because I've been looking for jobs for weeks now and now I HAVE to find one soon. I don't understand why they would give me so little...Cam and I will be calling them tomorrow and we can appeal the amount if they say that's really all they're giving us...
Ugh! I seriously can never catch a break :(
Sorry to complain...I didn't want to use this blog for that, but sometimes it's necessary!!

Busy Bee
Sorry I haven't blogged in a couple of days. Being a housewife keeps me busy!
Let me re-cap what's been going on:
Sunday was a lazy day! Cam and I just hung out and watched TV all day. I baked Chocolate Chip Cookies and made a yummy Pork Stew with Sauerkraut for dinner!!
Yesterday I ran in the morning. A little rough start after taking Sunday off, but I made it through! I did a lot of cleaning and I'm liking my new schedule! Cam's finally cleaning up his office and I've been doing a TON of laundry...but I wouldn't want to be doing anything else!
Today I'll be doing a lot more cleaning than I wanted because I'm going to see my parents all day tomorrow!! My Mom and I will be celebrating Mother's Day with some shopping, pedicures, and lunch!! I'm also getting a massage today!! I'm so excited! I was supposed to get my massage last Thursday...but you know the story.
Mack is also benefiting and I think happier that I'm home now. He hasn't been going number 2 (I know, T.M.I.) in the morning so I take him out for a little bit and then come back in. Today, I was writing on here on the couch and he came up to me and started whining and staring at me...I took him out and he went! :)
Anyway...I took the day off from running, but I've still have a lot to do after my massage...I'll probably write another blog tonight. I just wanted to write a few things before I forgot or got distracted again ha ha.
